We are the proud owners of a one-of-a-kind, spectacular new Merle home in Suncadia. The build quality is excellent, and we are very pleased with the product and process.

This was our first time building a custom home, and Merle did a fantastic job leading us through the process. Our home features a few unique architectural elements, most notably a 25′ tall barrel roof and uniquely finished concrete floors. We occasionally find other builders on our property, studying the work and copying the techniques.

All of the trades who worked on the home were skilled craftsmen and obviously took pride in their work. Throughout the build, Merle’s project managers and trades were responsive and considerate.

We now follow Merle on social media and continue to be impressed by the posts we see of consistent training and investment in their people.

Beyond the build, however, Merle is a leader in our small community of Cle Elum. It is rare that we see a community event or charity that isn’t sponsored by Merle and/or staffed with a volunteer from Merle.
