Director of Sales

Dawn Cameron is a true Eastern Washington native, having lived in Kittitas County for over 20 years and worked in the Suncadia/Tumble Creek area for 12 years. She loves Upper Kittitas County, finding fulfillment in building a strong sense of community by actively volunteering as a Rotarian.  Always ready to lend a helping hand, Dawn finds it challenging to say no to those in need.

Dawn has served as the Director of Sales for two years.  A master of networking and bringing people together, Dawn brings her wealth of experience to provide outstanding customer experiences to each one of Merle Inc.’s clients as the Director of Sales. She considers herself the “lead catcher of inquiries” for people seeking information about a remodel or custom build in Kittitas County. She loves being part of the “Merle Family” for its skilled, sincere, and kind team of professionals.

Dawn began her professional journey at Nordstrom in Spokane during her college years. Dawn fell in love with Nordstrom’s values, emphasizing “Customer Service” eccentricity and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. She always strives to implement that same ethos in all her interactions with clients of Merle Inc.

Beyond her professional life, Dawn values time with her husband of 32 years, Mike, and her two adult children, whom she considers her greatest accomplishments in life. She is a passionate sports fan, having played college volleyball and basketball. As the life of any party, Dawn is also known to jump at any opportunity to entertain and celebrate with friends.
