We provide a detailed budget for each project that outlines each phase of construction. All costs are open book and updated monthly. We provide a detailed schedule from the start to completion of your new home. The schedule provides each client with dates needed for selections of colors, flooring, cabinets and fixtures. This is important to keep your home on time and on budget. We also update our website twice a month with project photos. This will help to keep you informed as to the progress on your new home. |
